The Millhouse is an expertly crafted venue offering the same warm, inviting atmosphere of The Green Dragon, but in a more intimate setting ideal for private dining experiences, small wedding receptions and corporate meetings for up to 32 guests.

The exposed wooden beam ceilings, crackling fire place and curated decor set the scene, while the cleverly hidden AV technology, full commercial kitchen and bathroom facilities complete the function of the space as a self-contained, multi-use venue available for hire.

Enjoy a cosy family-style meal by the fireplace for as little as 4 guests after a private tour, or a full, hearty banquet feast with all the trimmings under the hanging candelabrum for up to 32. Different table configurations can be set to suit your needs, our menus can be adapted to fit your requests, and the in-built drinks station is available to serve our exclusive Hobbit™ Southfarthing™ range in our signature ceramic mugs or goblets, alongside a range of wines, coffee and tea.

This exciting new venue joins The Green Dragon Inn, the Party Marquee & the Marketplace as facilities available for hire for private events including weddings, business meetings and conferences and group tours.  

New tour experiences will be developed in the coming months to showcase and utilise this stunning venue.
