Hobbiton Movie Set Availability Alerts let you know if availability opens up for your preferred date, experience or event. If your preferred travel dates, tours or events are fully booked, simply sign up for an alert and we’ll let you know if availability that matches your request opens up in our system.

Hobbiton Movie Set Availability Alerts are completely free to use for all experiences and events. 

Simply enter the tour experience or event, your preferred travel date and group size along with your contact details.

You will firstly receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. This step provides additional security by verifying you own this email address and can access the notification. Without verifying your email, our system will not be able to send you an Availability Alert. 

If availability becomes available that matches your request, our system will automatically send you a notification to your nominated email so you can return to the website and make a booking. 

No. Signing up for Availability Alerts does not reserve or guarantee availability. It simply sends you a notification when an opportunity to book becomes available. Availability may be limited and can be booked by someone else before you complete your booking. All Hobbiton availability is accessible via our website and reservations team on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend showing us the meaning of haste and booking as soon as you receive the alert to avoid missing out. 

Our system will send an alert when matching availability becomes available. Availability can change at any time, so we recommend acting quickly when you receive an alert.

Our system sends alerts based on the availability and preferences you select during sign up. Once you’ve received an alert, availability may change again before you make a booking.

Yes. You can set up alerts for different dates, events and experiences to suit your preferences or travel dates.

Your alert will remain active until the date you have entered has passed. You can unsubscribe from an alert at any time in the footer link provided in the notification emails.

Your information is securely managed within our systems and is used to provide the Availability Alert service only. You have the option of subscribing to marketing emails during sign up. If you do not sign up for the marketing emails, your data will be removed from our system automatically after the date you signed up for has passed. 

Availability can change quickly, especially in the busy Summer season. Receiving an alert means that matching availability was detected in our system, but it does not reserve or hold any availability for you. Someone else may have booked this availability before you were able to complete your booking.

An Availability Alert will only be sent when availability matching your request becomes available. If no availability is detected that meets your request, you will not receive an alert.

Cancellations are managed on an alert basis. If you wish to stop receiving an alert, click 'Cancel This Alert' at the bottom of your Availability Alert email. If you have multiple alerts set up, you will need to do this for any and all alerts you no longer wish to receive.
