Accompanied by an expert guide, you'll wander the twelve-acre set while discovering fascinating stories of how this remarkable location was transformed and the movie magic was brought to life.

Pass by Bag End™, home of Bilbo and Frodo Baggins, and pause to admire the breathtaking views across The Shire™. Venture beyond the door of a Hobbit Hole™ on Bagshot Row™ and explore the authentic interiors of a Hobbit's™ humble home.

Your journey continues into The Green Dragon™ Marketplace, where a bustling festival atmosphere awaits. Enjoy a light supper inspired by traditional Hobbit fare, served from the market stalls, before settling into the cosy surroundings of The Green Dragon Inn™ with a stein of the famous Hobbit™ Southfarthing™ beverages fresh from the kegs.

As with any good Hobbit gathering, there festivities will be full of good food, cheer and perhaps a few tricksey surprises along the way as we celebrate this unforgettable milestone together...
