The Shire’s Rest Cafe provides charming views of the rolling farmland and Kaimai Ranges while you enjoy a bite to eat before or after your tour experience. Sit back, relax and enjoy your time in our quaint converted woolshed before you escape into Hobbiton™ Movie Set.

The Shire’s Rest Cafe is open seven days a week, from 9.00am to 3.30pm (extended hours in summer).
