Please be aware that there is some maintenance taking place on the Movie Set over your selected dates. This work will continue from 1 June – 30 September 2025. During this time, the main tour route will be unaffected however some contractors, maintenance and construction equipment will be working on site in the gardens and rear of the Party Field during your experience. Bag End, Bagshot Row and The Green Dragon Inn will not be affected.

Join us for another Hobbiton™ Movie Set Beer Festival on Friday 1 or Saturday 2 November 2024!
Experience Middle-earth with a fully guided, dusk walking tour through the Shire, journey past Bag End, explore the interiors of a Hobbit Hole™ on Bagshot Row and into the world-famous Green Dragon™ Inn where you will enjoy the evenings festivities, taking home an exclusive stein to remember your time at the Hobbiton Beer Festival.
Throughout the evening you can keep your cup filled with our Hobbit™ Southfarthing™ range, which includes two traditional ales, an apple cider and non-alcoholic ginger beer, all handcrafted and exclusive to Hobbiton Movie Set. A range of special ales will be poured exclusively for this event and for those not so fond of ale, you can enjoy our cider, a range of wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
With your stein in hand, explore the masterfully re-created Inn before being escorted to the Party Marquee for a buffet dinner before the real festivities begin. Take a seat at the long banquet tables and enjoy a range of traditional Hobbit fare from our buffet. Our team will ensure your steins are topped up throughout the evening and our themed interactive band will keep you in the spirit, up and dancing throughout the night.
At the end of the night you will depart from the Party Marquee where your coach will be waiting.
