Hobbiton is a location like no other, creating a truly unique and memorable experience for your special day. We have created two beautiful, peaceful locations for your ceremony. Say your 'I dos' in amongst the natural beauty of the Hobbiton gardens enclosed by some of the most impressive Hobbit Holes™, or enjoy the wide one spaces of Yard Flat which offers a stunning overlooking the set and iconic Party Tree. Both locations can be completed with authentic canvas tents and our remarkable handcrafted barrel bar to create a truly special celebration atmosphere. 

After your ceremony, choose to celebrate your wedding reception in one of our two venues on offer. Step inside the masterfully recreated Green Dragon™ Inn as seen in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit Trilogies to continue your festivities or, situated adjacent to The Green Dragon Inn is the Party Marquee- a fully themed, spacious venue which will provide guests with a breathtaking atmosphere to remember. 

Our professional functions team appreciate that every couple will have differing expectations and will work with you to tailor a day to remember. 

Hobbiton Movie Set is a location like no other, creating a unique and magical location to capture the memories of your special day. Surrounded by lush, rolling green hills with Hobbit Holes scattered throughout the landscape, our venue is ideal for photographing beautiful wedding images.

Price: $1,000 for up to four members of the bridal party and a photographer.  This includes time on set for a two and a half hour photoshoot, photographer not included. Price increases to $1,500 as of 1 April 2020.
