• Gift Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
  • Gift vouchers are redeemable for the value shown towards any tour experience at Hobbiton Movie Set. Vouchers are not valid for retail or food and beverage purchases.
  • Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please note that some tour experiences can book out weeks in advance. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. 
  • Vouchers can be redeemed online by entering the voucher number during the checkout process. 
  • Vouchers, or any unused balance, are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
  • Expired vouchers will not be accepted. Any remaining balance will be removed once expired.
    It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to use the balance before the expiry date. Hobbiton Movie Set is not responsible for reminding you of your voucher expiry date.
  • If a booking made using a Gift Voucher is cancelled, any credited amount will be returned to the original Gift Voucher and will retain the same expiry date based on the original date of issue.
